Season the lobster tails with Zesty Sea salt
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes add some butter and olive oil to pan cook for 2 minutes per side
De-glaze with some white wine to create a nice butter and wine sauce
Continue to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with some lemon or lime wedges
We served ours with some crumbed red emperor fillets
